What shipping methods are available?

UPS | USPS shipping rates are based on the number of boxes, the weight of the boxes, and the distance to be traveled. As you continue adding items to your cart, you’ll see a small increase in the shipping until another box is needed, at which point you’ll see another significant increase.

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders shipping costs and delivery time vary by location that are both calculated during checkout. Each order will comes with a tracking number through delivery to your door.

Some countries has limitations or restrictions to import tobacco products and the delivery may be delay or seized, please reach before placing you order for international destinations.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.

What payment methods are accepted?

Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your Garcia Cigars account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is. You can also submit a ticket to find out about your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope, you don’t need to have an account to place an order with Garcia Cigars. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out.  When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.  Doing so won’t create an account and it won’t result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe and you’ll not earn points for future purchase.
